About these terms
These terms apply to milecall.com, the public website of MileCall (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
They cover the website only. Using the MileCall software as a customer, including the web app, the driver app and the rider pages, is governed by a separate customer agreement, not by this page.
What the site is
The site describes the MileCall software: scheduling, dispatch and billing for non-emergency medical transportation providers, and the driver app. It also has a form to request a demo.
What the pages show reflects the software as it was built on the date at the top of this page. Screens and features change as the software does, and the demo is the place to see the current version.
Sample data
Every example on the site, including the provider Inland Care Transit and its riders, drivers, vehicles, runs, rates, invoices, messages and documents, is made up to show how the software works. Any resemblance to a real company or person is coincidental.
The figures in those examples are illustrations. They are not prices, quotes, promises of performance or results you should expect for your fleet.
Not advice, not an emergency service
Nothing on this site is professional advice. It isn’t legal advice, billing or coding advice, tax advice or medical advice, and it doesn’t replace your own advisers, your payers’ rules or your broker’s contract.
MileCall does not provide transportation or emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 911. If you are a rider, the provider that arranges your trips is the one to call about them.
The website is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MileCall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or data, that comes from using or not being able to use this website or anything on it. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited by law, and where the law doesn’t allow some of these limits, they apply as far as it does.
This section is about the website. What we owe our customers for the software is set out in the customer agreement.

You may read the site, link to it and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy pages, screens or illustrations for your own commercial use without asking us first.

Acceptable use
Please use the site the way it is meant to be used. Don’t:
- send false information through the demo form, or use it for bulk or automated requests;
- crawl or scrape the site in a way that slows it down or harms it (reading it for search indexing or research at a reasonable pace is fine);
- probe, scan or test the site’s security, or try to get past any protection on it;
- use the site to spread malware or to interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
We may block access from any source that does these things.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as OpenStreetMap and the standards we refer to. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the website will be heard by the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the current version is always at milecall.com/terms. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
