Without signal

Signal comes and goes. The record doesn't.

Dialysis centers, parking garages, the canyon on the way to Redlands: the app does not wait for the network. Every step is saved on the phone the moment it is taken, with its time and GPS, and sent when the signal comes back.

Nothing lost.

Four steps, taken on the phone with the radios off; sent in one go at 15:31.

Signatures and no-shows

Proof the payer asks for, taken at the stop.

Each payer's rules are set once in MileCall. The phone asks the driver for exactly what that payer needs before a stop counts, and nothing more.

Everything lands on the leg’s proof-of-service page in billing: times against the window, GPS, odometers, the signatures and the trail on a map. Signatures and photos are encrypted at rest.

Also in the app

Small things a driver notices.

Navigation hand-off
One tap opens the next stop in Google Maps. The app stays on the stop, ready for Arrive.
Messages and push
An inbox with dispatch, quick replies to tap, broadcasts to everyone on a run, and a push when dispatch changes the run. The run list shows a banner with what changed.
Undo
The arrival or the pickup can be taken back within a minute, from the strip at the top of the screen.
English and Spanish
Each driver picks a language. Riders' names, places and the company's own inspection items stay as they were entered.
Shift and odometer
Start shift, breaks, pull-out and pull-in with the odometer readings, and location shared with dispatch from the first tap to the last.
Getting the app
Drivers get the app from their company and sign in with their own login; the Driver role sees only their own runs.
