How the price works.
You pay for each vehicle that ran at least one trip that month. People are unlimited. A vehicle that ran no trips in a month isn’t billed for that month, whatever its space type.
Yes, $99 a month. A company with one van pays $99. From two vans the per-van price applies: two vans are $118 a month. On the founding price two vans come to $98, so the $99 minimum applies until a third van runs.
Your vans move to the standard price, $59 per van per month. We tell you 90 days before that happens, and you can still cancel any month.
The first 10 companies that sign up. It is $49 per van per month, the same everything-included plan, locked for 12 months.
Each van includes 300 rider texts a month. If your fleet sends more, the extra texts are billed at what they cost us, with nothing added.
We move your riders and their addresses, standing orders, payers and rates, drivers and vehicles from your current software. There is no charge for it.
Before you switch, MileCall plans each day of a week beside your current software and compares the two leg by leg: status, times, miles and charges. You keep your current software until the two agree, and the week is free.
Yes, any time, at no charge. Settings › Export all data builds a zip with every table as CSV and JSON and every signature, photo and document as a file.
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. There is no setup fee, no per-trip fee, and no-shows and cancellations are never charged.
