Web-first, because dispatch happens on a big screen with a keyboard. The calendar, the dispatch board with the live map, trips and riders, payers and rates, billing and reports, on one set of data.

For the van
A driver app that keeps working without signal: the run in driving order, inspections, signatures, odometers and no-shows with proof, saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back. English or Spanish per driver.

For the rider
Texts in the rider’s language, a C to confirm, and Where’s My Ride with the provider’s name on it. Caregivers and clinic contacts can be kept in the loop.

California first
Built for Medi-Cal transportation in California first: broker trip files, payer rates the way each payer pays, trip sheets in each payer’s columns, 835 remittances posted, and the proof of service a payer audit asks for.

A small team building for NEMT providers.
We built MileCall with a provider’s dispatchers and drivers in mind: the office on a big screen, the driver on a phone with no signal, the rider on a text. We’d rather show you than write it here, so the introductions happen on the demo.

How we work
Four things we hold to.
- Your data stays yours.
- Every table as CSV and JSON, signatures and photos included, from Settings, any time. No ticket, no waiting. Leaving is the same export as staying. How moving over works
- We only claim what is built.
- Every feature on this site is a finished story in our backlog. Where something is still being prepared, the features list says so instead of counting it. Security is written up control by control. What we do for security
- Sample data is labelled.
- Inland Care Transit, its riders, runs, rates and people are made up, and every screen on this site that shows them says so. The arithmetic on them is real.
- Plain words.
