Keep your current software until MileCall has matched it.

Your setup comes in from exports. A shadow week plans every day beside your current plan and compares them leg by leg. You go live when the two agree, and your data can leave the same way it came in.

The journey

Four steps, and your current software runs the whole way.

Nothing is switched off until MileCall has planned a week beside it and the two agree.
  1. Bring your setup in.

Vehicles, drivers, runs, locations, riders and rates come in from your current software’s CSV or Excel exports. Broker trip files come in through the same mapping builder, which remembers each format.

    • Riders are matched by ID, member ID, name and birth date; likely duplicates are flagged, not merged.
    • About three months of past trips calibrate drive and stop times before the first live day.

  2. Run a week in the shadow of your current plan.

Each day of the week, MileCall plans the same trips beside your current plan and compares them leg by leg: status, performed times, miles and charge. A leg that differs is listed with both values, and the differences come out as a CSV you keep.

    299 of 301 legs agree.

Inland Care Transit’s shadow week, Oct 5–9: every leg checked against their current system for status, performed pickup time, miles and charge. The two that differ are listed with both values.

Wed Oct 7: 64 legs, 2 differ. Showing 5.Download differences CSV

Sample data: Inland Care Transit’s week of October 5 to 9, 301 legs. The two differences are the kind the compare really flags: miles more than half a mile apart (so the charge), and a pickup time more than ten minutes apart.

  3. Go live when the two agree.

You pick the day. Dispatch opens the calendar with the day already planned from your runs and standing orders, and drivers sign in to the driver app.

    • From the first night, yesterday’s ETAs are checked against the real drives, so drive and stop times keep learning.
    • The shadow week’s comparisons stay in Settings › Migration.

Swipe sideways for the rest of the day.

  4. Your data stays yours.

Every table, any time, in one zip.

Settings › Export all data builds a zip with a CSV and a JSON file for every table, and every signature, photo and document as a file. Leaving MileCall is the same export.

    • The download link works for 72 hours, and every download is written to the audit log.

Before you switch

The questions you’d ask first.

Short answers, only from what is built. Where the answer depends on your fleet, we say so.

See what moving your fleet over would take.

Bring an export and a broker file to the demo. We’ll map them in front of you, show the shadow week on your own trips, and go through pricing and terms.
